 $75 per hour You decide on how many hours you need help on your wedding day. A Day of Coordination includes: - Face-to-face pre-wedding meeting to discuss wedding details (photographer/videographer, florist, DJ, etc.) at $75 per hour.
- Unlimited e-mails, phone calls.
- Rehearsal coordination at $75 per hour.
- Confirmation of vendors contracts and details.
- Timeline development for distribution to vendors and wedding party - your day according to your way!
- Collection of wedding day essentials at rehearsal - candles, guest book and pen set, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving set, ceremony programs, menu cards, etc.
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Additional assistants maybe needed depending on size of event and details and will be billed at $150 for each assistant on day of.
Decorating at event costs a little more - call and let's find out. Don't say this is "cheap" - it's "affordable!" |
