You decide on how many hours you need help on your wedding day.
 
A Day of Coordination includes: 
 
  • Face-to-face pre-wedding meeting to discuss wedding details (photographer/videographer, florist, DJ, etc.) at $75 per hour.
  • Unlimited e-mails, phone calls.
  • Rehearsal coordination at $75 per hour.
  • Confirmation of vendors contracts and details.
  • Timeline development for distribution to vendors and wedding party - your day according to your way!
  • Collection of wedding day essentials at rehearsal - candles, guest book and pen set, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving set, ceremony programs, menu cards, etc.
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Additional assistants maybe needed depending on size of event and details and will be billed at $150 for each assistant on day of.
